DW Leitner’s review of the four major technology trends at NAB 2010 continues with this look at the sudden trend of lower cost (we hope) large-sensor HD camcorders, shown as nonfunctional mock-ups from Panasonic and Sony. Meanwhile, on the high-end, smaller manufacturers like storied Aaton and, yes, RED, came out with near complete versions of what look to be a new generation of highly-optimized, higher res camcorders.
