Apple Tribeca Apple Gets Down with the Tribeca Film Festival

The SoHo Apple Store seems to get all the fun, at least when the Tribeca Film Festival rolls around.

Now, for the sixth year in a row, Apple will host dozens of free filmmaking events from April 23 to May 1. The free events—you just have to be fast enough to grab a seat in the second floor theatre—includes Meet the Filmmakers sessions, presented by Apple and indieWIRE.

Events include The Future of Filmmaking: Where Is It and Where Is It Going? (If you attend, and they tell you, please come back and let us know.) Consisting of a panel of “acclaimed” producers including Lisa Cortes (producer of the Oscar-nominated Precious), the talk takes place on Friday, April 23rd.

For more info, including a schedule of this and other free events, visit the Apple Soho site.
